Roles & Permissions

Control what team members can do with role-based permissions.

Available Roles

RoleDescription
OwnerFull access including billing
AdminFull access except billing
EditorCreate and edit events
MemberView-only access

Assigning Roles

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Find the user
  3. Click their current role
  4. Select new role

Role Details

Owner

  • Only one owner per organization
  • Can transfer ownership
  • Manages billing and subscription
  • Cannot be removed (only transferred)

Admin

  • Invite and manage users
  • Create and delete events
  • All editor permissions

Editor

  • Create events
  • Edit schedules
  • Publish to mobile
  • Cannot manage users

Member

  • View events
  • View schedules
  • Cannot edit anything
