Notification Types

Schedule Change Alerts

Automatically notify affected teams when:

  • Performance time changes
  • Room/hall changes
  • Session reassignment
  • Team is scratched

Announcements

Send custom messages to:

  • All participants
  • Specific organizations
  • Individual teams

Sending Notifications

Automatic Notifications

  1. Go to Event SettingsNotifications
  2. Enable Auto-notify on changes
  3. Select which change types trigger emails

Manual Announcements

  1. Go to EventNotifications
  2. Click New Announcement
  3. Write your message
  4. Select recipients
  5. Send

Email Content

Emails include:

  • Event name and date
  • Change details (what changed)
  • Updated schedule information
  • Link to mobile app
