Login Issues
"Invalid credentials"
- Check email spelling
- Reset password if forgotten
- Try Google login if available
Can't access my account

Schedule Issues
Performances not showing
- Check you're viewing the correct date
- Verify the session filter
- Ensure performances are saved
Times are wrong after edit
The cascade feature may have shifted times. Check your cascade settings in Event Settings.
Sessions disappeared
Empty sessions are hidden in the mobile app. They still exist in the admin.
Import Issues
Excel import fails
- Remove merged cells
- Check for one header row only
- Use consistent time formats
- Try CSV format instead
Times not parsing
Supported formats: 8:00 AM, 08:00, 8:00
Mobile App Sync
Changes not appearing
- Pull to refresh in app
- Check event is published
- Wait 1-2 minutes for sync
