Events
Events are the top-level container for everything in CheerKeeper. An event represents a single competition, tournament, or meet.
What Makes Up an Event?
An event includes:
- Event Dates - Single or multi-day
- Halls/Rooms - Where performances happen
- Sessions - Time blocks (morning, afternoon, etc.)
- Divisions & Levels - Age groups and competition levels
- Teams - Organizations and their teams
- Performances - The actual schedule
Event Lifecycle
- Draft - Event is being built, not visible to attendees
- Published - Event is live in the mobile app
- Archived - Event is complete, read-only in app
Multi-Day Events
Events can span multiple days. Each day can have:
- Different sessions
- Different halls
- Independent schedules
