Upload PDF schedule files and extract data manually or with AI assistance.
Overview
Many event schedules come as PDFs. CheerKeeper can:
- Display the PDF for reference
- Use AI to extract schedule data automatically
Manual PDF Reference
Uploading for Reference
- Go to Event → Schedule
- Click Import → Upload PDF
- Select your PDF file
- PDF opens in a side panel
Use the PDF as reference while manually entering data.

Supported PDF Types

Tips
- Clean PDFs work best - Well-formatted schedules extract better
- Check extracted data - AI isn't perfect, always review
- Have original if possible - Excel/CSV import is more reliable
