Inviting Users

Add team members to help manage your events.

Sending Invitations

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Click Send Invite

Invitation Process

  1. User receives email invitation
  2. They click the link to accept
  3. If new to CheerKeeper, they create an account
  4. They're added to your organization

Managing Invitations

Pending Invitations

View pending invites in SettingsTeamPending tab.

Resend Invitation

Click Resend next to a pending invite.

Cancel Invitation

Click Cancel to revoke an unused invitation.

Invitation Expiration

Invitations expire after 7 days. Resend if needed.
