Event Home

When you open an event in CheerKeeper, you'll see the Event Home screen with everything you need to navigate the competition.

Event Header​

At the top of every event:

  • Event name and logo
  • Date(s) of the competition
  • Location with address
  • Get Directions button (opens maps)

Tabs​

Navigate the event using these tabs:

Home Tab​

  • Event overview
  • Session breakdown
  • Quick stats
  • Announcements from organizer

Schedule Tab​

  • Complete performance list
  • Search bar
  • Filters (session, hall, division)
  • Performance times and details

My Teams Tab​

  • Your saved teams at this event
  • Upcoming performance times
  • "X teams until you" countdown
  • Notification settings

Session Overview​

The Home tab shows sessions:

  • Session name and time range
  • Number of performances
  • Hall/room assignment
  • Tap to jump to that section

Quick Stats​

At a glance:

  • Total performances
  • Number of teams/organizations
  • Number of sessions
  • Halls in use

Schedule Navigation​

Scrolling​

Scroll through the full schedule chronologically.

Type team or organization names to filter.

Filters​

  • Session: Show one time block
  • Hall: Show one room
  • Division: Filter by age group
  • Level: Filter by competition level

Current Time Indicator​

A line shows the current time in the schedule (on event day).

Performance Cards​

Each performance shows:

  • Time - Performance time
  • Team - Team name
  • Organization - Gym/studio name
  • Division/Level - Category info
  • Room - Where they perform
  • Heart - Save/unsave team

Tap a card for full details.

Performance Details​

Tap a performance to see:

  • Full team information
  • Check-in time
  • Warm-up time
  • Performance time
  • Room/hall
  • Save team button
  • Set notification button

Offline Access​

CheerKeeper caches event data for offline viewing:

  • Schedule remains accessible
  • Saved teams still visible
  • Times as of last sync

When you reconnect:

  • Pull down to refresh
  • New changes load automatically

Tips​

Competition Day​

  1. Open the event before leaving home
  2. Data caches for offline use
  3. Refresh when you arrive
  4. Use My Teams for quick access

Finding Your Team​

  1. Tap Search
  2. Type your team name
  3. Tap to see their performance
  4. Save for quick future access

Running Late?​

Check "X teams until you" to see if you have time.
